Out of the blue (or shall we say, green) a man in a full-body green spandex leotard sprinted around the parking lot, high-fiving everyone and posing for photos. A legend was born! The Green Man has also bombarded TV. He is a persona assumed by Charlie Kelly, a fictional character on the FX television series "It's Always Sunny in Philadelphia," portrayed by Charlie Day (Rob McElhenney is the creator of this series). The actor has been seen wearing a green Lycra suit in several episodes.
